Our Kilim Production Process: Our kilims go through long, detailed and high quality control processes that are meticulously processed at every stage.

Raw Material Selection: Our yarns are taken from the wool of 2-month-old sheep and prepared meticulously.

Dyeing Process: Our yarns are dyed in root dye cauldrons for a week and then distributed to the sergeants in the villages.

Weaving: The sergeants deliver the models and yarns we have designed to the weavers. The weaving process takes 3-4 weeks.

Gathering: After the weavings are completed, they are collected by the sergeants and delivered to us.

Washing Process: The excess yarns on the kilims are cut, knots are tied to the fringes and they go into the washing process. The kilims are burned with a kürbüz, washed and pressed 3-4 times.

Final Processes: After the kilims are checked, the stretching process is applied. (Stretching is the process of fixing the products to the ground and waiting for 4-5 days to correct their curvature.)

Final Touches: After the kilims come from the pulling process, the remaining parts of the fringes are knitted and made ready for sale.

The return steps are as follows.

1. Go to Account > My Orders.
2. Open the details of the order you want to return.
3. Create a return request and write the reason.
4. Once your request is approved, note the return shipping code shown in the order details.
5. Put the items to be returned in a single package together with the invoice.
6. Hand the package to the carrier with the return shipping code within 7 days. After 7 days you need to get a new return shipping code.

Once the return reaches the seller and is approved, the amount is refunded to your credit card, debit card or via bank transfer, depending on your payment method.
