Delete Your Account
You can delete your Endemigo (Endemigo Teknoloji A.Ş.) account and the personal data linked to it in any of the ways below.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab in the Endemigo app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm with your password.
On the website
Sign in first to delete your account here.

If you cannot access the app or your account, send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address registered to your account to the address below; your request will be completed within 30 days at the latest: [email protected]
Data deleted and data kept
- Your account is closed immediately; you can reopen it within 30 days if you change your mind.
- After that period your profile, contact, address, favorite and notification data are permanently deleted or anonymized.
- Order, invoice and payment records that must be kept by law are retained for the period required by the applicable legislation.
- If you have an ongoing auction or an unfinished order, the account cannot be deleted until they are completed.
