Fusilli Lunghi has a simple spiral shape and is likened to a corkscrew and originates from the Campania region. In the past, Fusilli was made by hand using the method passed from one generation to the next. It was necessary to quickly twist a spaghetti wire around a knitting needle with one hand. The skill required to perform this procedure is reminiscent of that of spinners. And the term "fusillo" comes from the "fuso" (spindle), which is the typical tool spinners use for their work. Fusilli Lunghi Bucati is traditionally served with Neapolitan sauce or a meaty sauce known as ragù or "alla genovese" (Genoa style). In general, Fusilli pasta is mostly made with parmesan or pecorino (sheep cheese) or vegetable-based sauces with eggplant and tomato.

Delivery Details
When your order is handed to the carrier, you receive an “Your order has been shipped” email and an SMS from the carrier. You can see your order status and tracking number under Account > My Orders, and follow your shipment on the carrier’s website with the tracking number.
Return Terms
Return/Cancellation Details
The return steps are as follows.
- Go to Account > My Orders.
- Open the details of the order you want to return.
- Create a return request and write the reason.
- Once your request is approved, note the return shipping code shown in the order details.
- Put the items to be returned in a single package together with the invoice.
- Hand the package to the carrier with the return shipping code within 7 days. After 7 days you need to get a new return shipping code.
Once the return reaches the seller and is approved, the amount is refunded to your credit card, debit card or via bank transfer, depending on your payment method.
