Pişmaniye is different from the ones produced in other regions with its taste, smell, appearance, preservation, labeling and inspection features, depending on the humidity unique to Izmit, the dough cooking process, the materials used in ideal proportions, and the masters' learning of Mustafa Usta. Pişmaniye has gained a reputation as a city-specific dessert. Those who pass through Izmit on their journeys are first met by the sellers of regrets. It is like the symbol of this sweet province, which gives the appearance of white cotton in the boxes. It is one of the indispensable foods of all local festivals and feasts. Being a unique dessert, its lightness, it has made it sought after and attracted attention outside of the city. In 2009, İzmit Pişmaniye Producers took 1040 meters of regret and entered the Guinness Book of Records with the title of “The World's Longest Dessert”.

The return steps are as follows.

1. Go to Account > My Orders.
2. Open the details of the order you want to return.
3. Create a return request and write the reason.
4. Once your request is approved, note the return shipping code shown in the order details.
5. Put the items to be returned in a single package together with the invoice.
6. Hand the package to the carrier with the return shipping code within 7 days. After 7 days you need to get a new return shipping code.
