Turkish Patent and Trademark Office successfully fulfills its duties and responsibilities at national and international level by closely following the technologies and trends that will shape the future with the contribution of the new industrial property legislation. In this context, the developments in the field of industrial property in our country in the last 10 years have made the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office one of the 10 largest industrial property institutions in the world, according to the statistics of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

These developments in the field of industrial property naturally resulted in the publication of many books on the subject. These published books are generally written by academicians working in the field of industrial property and trademark and patent attorneys, and they are mostly based on legislation.

The authors of the Industrial Property Rights Practices book series, prepared in five books, are the President of the Office and experienced experts of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, who have been working for more than 13 years. In these books, a special place is given to the Institution's practices and differentiation from the previous books has been achieved in this respect.

In the first book, all national and international legislation on industrial property was brought together and repetition was avoided in other books. Based on the practices of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, the second book was written on patent, the third book on trademark, the fourth book on design and the fifth book on geographical indication and traditional product name.

2. Click on order details and view the details of your order.

3. Press the Return button for the product you want to return.

4. Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return.

5. Take note of the return shipping code on the screen.

6. Put the invoice with the items to be returned in a single package.

7. Deliver the package within 7 days to ship with the return shipping code. In case you pass 7 days, you need to get a return shipping code again.

After the return request is approved, the product price will be refunded through your credit or debit card or money order-eft method, depending on the type of payment you made during the order.
