Product Story
Rigatoni is pasta in the form of small hollow tubes of various sizes. Usually it is protruding and the pasta tubes are not diagonal as in the penne, but the same straight shape as the cross. It is believed that it was first invented in China and a Venetian merchant named Marco Polo took some noodle samples on his way back. Rigatoni was first made in Italy in 1930. The name Rigatoni is originally derived from "rigati", an Italian word for striped or protruding, and is related to Central and Southern Italian cuisine. It is also said that the name Rigatoni is derived from the Italian word "rigato" or "rigare", which means to make a straight line. This pasta goes well with meat sauce (pieces of meat) and cheese sauce as the hollow tube is filled with the sauce in which it is cooked. The differences between penne and rigatoni are that the penne has cross-cut ends and the penne is smaller in size than the rigatoni.

Delivery Details
When your order is handed to the carrier, you receive an “Your order has been shipped” email and an SMS from the carrier. You can see your order status and tracking number under Account > My Orders, and follow your shipment on the carrier’s website with the tracking number.
Return Terms
Return/Cancellation Details
The return steps are as follows.
- Go to Account > My Orders.
- Open the details of the order you want to return.
- Create a return request and write the reason.
- Once your request is approved, note the return shipping code shown in the order details.
- Put the items to be returned in a single package together with the invoice.
- Hand the package to the carrier with the return shipping code within 7 days. After 7 days you need to get a new return shipping code.
Once the return reaches the seller and is approved, the amount is refunded to your credit card, debit card or via bank transfer, depending on your payment method.
