Giovanni Colombo Italian Taleggio Cheese DOP Geographical Indication ProductIt has a thin, Soft-shell square protection. The taste is sweet and slightly sour aroma. To maintain the softness of the crust, Taleggio PDO needs to be served in the room and wrapped in a damp cloth. When touched with a finger, the soft tissue collapses inward. Taleggio PDO is produced without additives and is of the duration of the oils. Taleggio can be served grated on salads. It is used in risotto or polenta because it melts well. Product Story
It got its name from the Taleggio valley in the province of Bergamo in the Lombardy region of Northern Italy. As the demand for cheese started to increase, the production area was expanded to the Po Valley. Originally, Taleggio was a seasonal product. Today, however, Taleggio PDO is produced all year round, not only in the mountains where it was born, but also in the plains. The outer surface of the Taleggio PDO shows the sign consisting of four circles. The mark confirming the authenticity of the product should be easily visible even if the cheese is sold in quarters or in other sizes.

Delivery Details
When your order is handed to the carrier, you receive an “Your order has been shipped” email and an SMS from the carrier. You can see your order status and tracking number under Account > My Orders, and follow your shipment on the carrier’s website with the tracking number.
Return Terms
Return/Cancellation Details
The return steps are as follows.
- Go to Account > My Orders.
- Open the details of the order you want to return.
- Create a return request and write the reason.
- Once your request is approved, note the return shipping code shown in the order details.
- Put the items to be returned in a single package together with the invoice.
- Hand the package to the carrier with the return shipping code within 7 days. After 7 days you need to get a new return shipping code.
Once the return reaches the seller and is approved, the amount is refunded to your credit card, debit card or via bank transfer, depending on your payment method.
