Mersin Cezeryesi with Walnut Atom 1 Kg IGP

Cezerye, which is among the most important tastes of Mersin region, has many varieties. It is known that the atomic cezerye product with walnuts not only gives a very high amount of energy to the body, but also has many benefits: it reduces the cholesterol ratio, prevents aging, and strengthens the hair.

This magnificent taste is prepared by cutting the leaves in the form of leaves, as the name suggests. Apart from the cube-shaped cezerye, walnuts are added into the cezerye without roasting. After the fresh carrots are cut from the root and washed, the cut carrots are boiled for 90 minutes in a copper cauldron and mashed. The pureed carrots are placed back into the copper cauldron. Immediately after this process, sugar obtained from 100% sugar beet is added to the carrot puree. Afterwards, the carrot puree is cooked with sugar for about 180 minutes. If it is close to cooking, raw walnuts are added. After this process, it is poured into wooden molds and left to cool.
