Geographical Indications in Turkish Cuisine

Food and beverages with geographical indications are generally the most valuable foods and drinks of the places they belong to. The food and beverages in question are recognized and consumed in the cities, districts, settlements and places they belong to. However, it is observed that many foods and beverages with geographical indications are not recognized and consumed outside the regions to which they belong. In addition, it was observed that the meals in question were not collected in a single source and that the relevant people had to consult different sources to reach the food and beverages. For this reason, in this book, food and beverages with geographical indications in Turkey are collected in a single source and also information on geographical indication is included. In this way, it is aimed to better recognize the geographical indication and to increase the knowledge level of the relevant people about the geographical indication processes. The book consists of eight chapters. In the first part, information about the concept of geographical indication is given. Later, geographically marked food and beverages belonging to the Mediterranean, Eastern Anatolia, Aegean, Southeastern Anatolia, Central Anatolia, Black Sea and Aegean regions, respectively, take place in sections. The book aims to enable gastronomy students, food and beverage professionals and relevant people to access information more easily by collecting geographically marked dishes in a single source.

The return steps are as follows.

1. Go to Account > My Orders.
2. Open the details of the order you want to return.
3. Create a return request and write the reason.
4. Once your request is approved, note the return shipping code shown in the order details.
5. Put the items to be returned in a single package together with the invoice.
6. Hand the package to the carrier with the return shipping code within 7 days. After 7 days you need to get a new return shipping code.

Once the return reaches the seller and is approved, the amount is refunded to your credit card, debit card or via bank transfer, depending on your payment method.
