You can easily return the products you purchased from Endemigo, free of charge, within 14 (fourteen) days for orders with a Turkey delivery address, and within 30 (thirty) days for all countries other than Turkey delivery address, from the date of receipt.
You can follow the steps below to create a refund request:
- Log in to your account and click on the Order you want to return on the My Orders page, find the product(s) and click on Easy Return.
- Select the Return Reason along with the product or products you will return.
- Click on the Get Return Shipping Code button on the return detail page and note the Shipping Code.
- Pack the product completely with all its equipment and any gift, and deliver it to the cargo company with the Cargo Shipping Code you noted.
- Your return will be approved when your return cargo arrives. When your refund request is approved, your money is automatically transferred to your bank.
Every product you purchase is under the warranty of the Manufacturer/Seller. You can return the product you have purchased, without opening/destroying/spoiling the packaging and without using the product, in the same condition as you received it, within 14 (fourteen) days for orders with a Turkey delivery address, and within 30 (thirty) days for All Countries other than Turkey delivery address, from the date of receipt. You can return the product with a petition or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number.
Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipping in front of a representative of the cargo company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please remember that after the product is received, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.
In Order For The Products To Be Returned Within The Scope Of The Right Of withdrawal;
- The purchased product has not been unpacked, used or destroyed (in its original box and undamaged),
- Shipping with all complementary accessories,
- Shipping at the same time with promotional and campaign products given as gifts, if any,
- Sensitive Products: For fragile or spillable products, a note must be added to on the package.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him. If the product is used, the person is obliged to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.
If any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use etc. is detected in the product and its packaging, or if the product cannot be returned in the same condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be refunded and will be re-sent to the customer by the Seller/Manufacturer.
When Will My Money Be Transferred To My Bank Account?
If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the customer approves the return within 1 (one) day from the moment the returned product reaches the Seller/Manufacturer.
For products returned in accordance with the above conditions, Endemigo; Money Order Refunds are made within 2 (two) business days, and Credit Card Refunds are made within 3 (three) business days. After the "Refunded" warning appears regarding your order, the entire price is refunded to your credit card or the bank to which you made the transfer.
The reflection of the refund made by Endemigo to your card or account may vary depending on the time period determined by your bank. Credit and debit cards are generally refunded within a few business days (1-8 business days). Endemigo has no savings during the bank refund period.
For installment purchases, Endemigo pays the entire amount at once to the bank from which you made the payment, and this amount is refunded to your card by the bank in installments for the number of months you selected during the order.
