The production area for Vinagre de Jerez comprises the land located in the municipalities of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Trebujena, Chipiona, Rota, Puerto Real and Chiclana de la Frontera, and in the provinces of Cádiz, Lebrija and Seville, located to the east of 5° 49′ West and to the south of 36° 58′ North.

A popular type of vinegar in Spanish cuisine, Vilux's gourmet non-alcoholic Red Wine Vinegar embodies the authentic red wine taste, bringing delicious richness to any dish. It offers much more delicious and sharp tastes to meals with the flavors of balsamic vinegar and red wine with a fruity flavor. Sherry vinegar also contains antioxidants that are beneficial for immunity. It is often used as a flavoring in salads, pickles, sauces and marinades. It is also used to enhance flavor in hot dishes, meats and vegetables.

The specificity of the production area of Vinagre de Jerez is based on historical, natural and human reasons. Wine growing and wine and vinegar production have been part of the backbone of the Jerez district for thousands of years, dating back to Phoenician times. The geographical location of the Jerez area, near to important commercial ports such as Cadiz and Seville, with great historical significance, ensured that the local wines and vinegars were frequently included in the cargo of ships sailing for the Americas or for markets in the north of Europe, and further ensured that for the ageing of wines and vinegars the containers that were used were made overseas, from oak from the New World. Likewise, the system of Criaderas y Soleras, a traditional aspect of Jerez wine growing, has a clear historical origin that dates back to the 17th century and to the need to satisfy the demand of the markets for wines and vinegars of consistent quality, that do not depend on the vicissitudes of every harvest.

Return steps are as follows.

1. From the "My Account" section, go to "My Orders".

2. Click on order details and view the details of your order.

3. Press the Return button for the product you want to return.

4. Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return.

5. Take note of the return shipping code on the screen.

6. Put the invoice with the items to be returned in a single package.

7. Deliver the package within 7 days to ship with the return shipping code. In case you pass 7 days, you need to get a return shipping code again.

After the return request is approved, the product price will be refunded through your credit or debit card or money order-eft method, depending on the type of payment you made during the order.
