Geographical indication and traditional product name protected by being registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office; all manufacturers of the relevant product have the right to use the registered name, provided that they make production in accordance with all the issues within the scope of registration, and in this context, there is no exclusive right only to the registrant; In addition, they have a different structure from other industrial property rights due to the legal obligation to inspect the production of the products subject to registration after registration.
