Altınkılıç Ezine Full Fat Sheep Cheese 450 G. - 3 Slices PDO Geographical Indications Product
Original Ezine Cheese with Geographical Indication is white to light yellow in color and has a medium hard, non-brittle structure. Cheese structurally contains few and small pores. Salt obtained from the sea is used in the production of Ezine Cheese. The use of sea salt prevents the cheese from melting and dispersing, allowing it to easily release its water as a result of ripening. Only natural şirden yeast is used in Ezine Cheese. No food additives are used in Ezine Cheese, except for the mixture of sheep, goat and cow's milk, natural şirden yeast and sea salt.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep (35-45%), goat (minimum 40%) and cow(maximum 25%) milk, rennet, salt.
It has been matured for at least 240 days from the date of production and presented to the market.
It is produced in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex Cheese Communiqué. It contains at least 45% milk fat in dry matter.
