In 2004, The Frico “Old Dutch Master” was awarded a gold medal at the World Champion Cheese Contest in Wisconsin (USA).
It is produced in the form of flat and round molds covered with paraffin. Beneath this protective paraffin layer is a thin, natural shell. You can get delicious and different flavors by using Gouda cheese in pastries, pizza, baked pasta, sandwiches, canapés and salads. You can also choose it with dried fruits, nuts such as walnuts and hazelnuts. This cheese of Dutch origin is used in wine tastings. It strengthens the immune system when consumed regularly.
