It is produced in Kars center and Ardahan center, Arpacay, Akyaka, Digor, Kağızman, Sarıkamış, Selim, Susuz, Göle, Çıldır, Hanak, Damal, Posof counties and villages, hamlets and plateaus connected to these settlements.

Kars Old Cheddar comes to mind immediately when it comes to old kashar cheese. The flavor and aroma of that region's milk is its secret formula. The taste and quality of cheese is so special because it is prepared by natural fermentation from local Sirden yeast. After it is made, it is aged for at least 6 months in special air cellars and its aroma becomes clear. It has a very rich content in terms of minerals and vitamins. It is beneficial for osteoporosis and muscle joint disorders. Its naturalness and taste are definitely worth a try.

Kars Old Cheddar Cheese was first produced in the Turkish Republic years. Due to the harsh climatic conditions in the region, livestock farming has developed and the production of this delicious durable cheese has become more and more widespread. Geographical Indication Registration was approved in 2014. Kars Old Cheddar Cheese has different characteristics due to the natural conditions in the region; such as production technique, processing and conditions in dairy farms. It gets its taste and aroma from the climatic conditions of that region.

Return steps are as follows.

1. From the "My Account" section, go to "My Orders".

2. Click on order details and view the details of your order.

3. Press the Return button for the product you want to return.

4. Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return.

5. Take note of the return shipping code on the screen.

6. Put the invoice with the items to be returned in a single package.

7. Deliver the package within 7 days to ship with the return shipping code. In case you pass 7 days, you need to get a return shipping code again.

After the return request is approved, the product price will be refunded through your credit or debit card or money order-eft method, depending on the type of payment you made during the order.
